Physical vs chemical sunscreen

Zinc oxide sunblocks are termed physical sunscreens as they physically sit on top of the skin and reflect all UV light - both UVA and UVB to give natural broad-spectrum protection from burning, photo ageing and potential skin cancer.

Compare this to the common chemical absorbing sunscreens, which absorb into the skin-most of which are found in the bloodstream and liver hours later.

Directions for use

Apply one pump in the morning as your daily protective moisturiser. Pat gently into the skin and do not rub vigorously. Reapply following swimming or sporting activities. In the evening, Uberzinc can be used as an anti-inflammatory moisturiser for irritated sensitive or acneic skin.
